We do not routinely store contact data within our organization. Membership details are stored in 3rd party databases such as Mailchimp and Hubspot. We use analytics with forms, adverts, and website use. See below for more details. Our use of 3rd party IPR is covered below.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Our web hosts maintain security for our websites and monitor possible intrusions or breaches. If we are in possession of your contact data, that is you have not unsubscribed between breach and notification, we will email you about any loss of data.
